When it comes to receiving financial aid disbursements, you deserve choices! That’s why we’ve partnered with BankMobile, a financial services company focused on higher education, to bring you more convenient options to receive your financial aid disbursements/refunds, and to offer you smarter ways to manage your money.
BankMobile is designed to provide you with increased choices for financial aid and college disbursements/refunds.
Once you have completed all the required steps for your financial aid file, you will receive a BankMobile Refunds Selection Kit in the mail at your home address. The Kit will arrive in a bright green envelope from BankMobile. Please remember to keep your mailing address updated with Registration Office, since the address that appears in your student records file is the address the BankMobile Refund Selection Kit will be mailed to.
Your new convenient options
When it comes to deciding how to get your money, just choose the option that fits you best.
- Electronic Deposit to Another Account. Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
- Electronic Deposit to BankMobile VIBE account. If you open a BankMobile VIBE account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.
- Paper check delivered by USPS. A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school, provided receipt is within the daily cutoff times. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the check to arrive, depending on the USPS First-Class delivery timeframes.
